Our CSR commitments
Our ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications, which demonstrate our commitment to environmental quality, were renewed in 2019.
Ethics & Compliance
At the Mexens Group, we believe that financial performance and responsibility go hand in hand. In the growing energy transition sector, ethics and compliance are essential for building lasting trust with all stakeholders.
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
in all countries where we operate.
Sorting and recycling of our waste (construction waste, PV modules via the Soren organisation, etc.)
in all our interactions, whether internal or external.
Monitoring and measuring our environmental impact
in all its forms, through the implementation of rigorous control and prevention procedures.
Preparedness for environmental emergencies
which guide our actions and operational decisions.
Our Code of Ethics sets out our principles. A confidential whistleblowing scheme enables anyone to report any behaviour or situation that contravenes our Code of Ethics or the law. We believe that collective vigilance strengthens our reputation for integrity, and we encourage the reporting of concerns via our secure platform, where reports are treated confidentially.
