Our businesses

Mexens acts as your single point of contact throughout the entire project, including during the operation and maintenance phase. Our teams are committed to doing everything possible to meet all your needs and answer any questions you may have. Mexens has in-house multidisciplinary expertise and a network of qualified subcontractors to successfully complete every stage of your project.

The Development team surveys and identifies potential sites for the installation of energy generation units. Once the project’s feasibility has been confirmed, the company signs a letter of intent with the host of the future project.

Once this stage has been completed, the Development team begins the administrative procedures (obtaining planning permission, preparing the tender documents, etc.).

Securing financing is a crucial step in bringing a project to fruition. Indeed, the competitiveness sought in renewable energy requires constant innovation in financial engineering.

We have therefore developed considerable expertise in this field and are now recognised by our financial partners.

Technique Solaire has joined the BPI Excellence community. The community brings together growing businesses in France and acts as an ambassador for all growth-oriented entrepreneurs in France.

We carry out all our design and engineering work in-house. Our highly qualified engineers are graduates of leading universities, where they received specialist training in renewable energy. Once the technical, industrial and financial aspects have been assessed, the engineering department takes the project through to the construction phase. Our project managers design and construct our power generation plants in accordance with best practice, within budget, on schedule and in line with our clients’ requirements.

Our construction teams, led by our site managers, are responsible for carrying out the installation work.

The construction of our solar power stations takes place in two stages. First, our teams consult with our construction partners regarding the work not carried out in-house, and then they purchase the materials required to build the power station. Next, our own teams of roofers and electricians install the power station.

This in-house handling of roofing and electrical work sets us apart from most of our competitors and ensures a high standard of work.

The operation of our units is managed by the group’s teams, focusing on two key areas: the operational management of the plant (monitoring of operations, upkeep, maintenance, cleaning) and the financial management of operations (invoicing, payment of rent, accounting, remuneration of investors, etc.).

The group has chosen to employ its own technical teams to carry out maintenance on the power stations it has built. We therefore offer preventive, corrective and remedial maintenance, with a rapid response and on-call arrangements that enable us to intervene within the contractual deadlines.

We are committed to transparent communication with our clients, property owners and investors. This policy enables us to lay the foundations for a lasting relationship of trust.

Mexens prioritises the health and safety of people, respect for the environment and customer satisfaction.

Our ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications, which demonstrate our commitment to environmental quality, were renewed in 2019.
