Technique Solaire Group finalizes the acquisition of Iberdrola Renouvelables France
Business
Technique Solaire Group announces the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Iberdrola’s French onshore business, owned by Iberdrola Renouvelables, S.A.S. This closing marks the achievement of a major strategic transaction, positioning the Group in the onshore wind market and reinforcing its long-term growth model.
This acquisition marks Technique Solaire’s entry into the onshore wind sector, a decisive step in the diversification strategy initiated several years ago.
Thanks to the combination of wind – solar – storage (BESS), the Group increases its ability to deliver dispatchable, competitive green electricity tailored to consumer needs.
This transaction also strengthens the resilience of the Group’s asset portfolio while consolidating its position as an integrated industrial player.
Entering the wind sector is a strategic milestone for Technique Solaire. After our successes in solar and biogas, this transaction gives us immediate access to a significant operational portfolio, with repowering potential and a robust development pipeline.
