The project
The Le Fond d’Être wind farm is located in the municipality of Verchin, in the Pas-de-Calais department, within the Hauts-de-France region. It is part of the vast Fruges wind complex, spread across the Artois hills, which constitutes one of the largest clusters of onshore wind turbines in France. This facility comprises four Enercon E70 wind turbines with a unit capacity of 2 MW, for a total capacity of 8 MW.
